SRI A. RAGHAVA REDDY – CHAIRMAN:

Sri. Adala Raghava Reddy is the founder Chairman of the Company 'Harvins', who is a first generation entrepreneur with vast experience in construction and infrastructure industry. Sri. Raghava Reddy has ventured into various partnerships to undertake civil engineering and constructions activities prior to incorporating the Company 'M/s. Harvins Constructions Private Limited' in the year 1978. Under his able guidance, 'Harvins' has seen phenomenal growth over the years. 'Harvins' has so far executed the civil contract works worth over Rs. 500 crores and nearly Rs. 450 crores worth of works are in hand for completion. .

His core capabilities include facilitation of long-term business strategies and providing cost effective solutions. He has been instrumental to the growth of the company and in achieving employee satisfaction. Sri. Raghava Reddy with his par excellence has diversified the business and established several other companies in the fields of Health, small Engineering and Agricultural products.

Sri. Raghava Reddy has also promoted M/s Medinova Diagnostic Services Limited and Standard Medical & Pharmaceuticals Limited under his leadership as Chairman.

SRI P. KRISHNA REDDY – DIRECTOR:

He has vast experience in the Sales and Marketing and was associated with BEARDSELL INSULATION LTD as Special Director – Marketing till the year 1984. Later he promoted M/s Bhanu Cerglaze Pvt. Ltd, a Ceramic Glaze manufacturer in 1984 and continues to be the Director-in-charge of day to day operations of the said Company. He was also Managing Director of M/s. SOL Engineers Pvt. Ltd which was the manufacturers of Automobile Components to Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, Ashok Leyland Ltd and other Companies. He was inducted into the Board of Medinova Diagnostic Services Ltd in the year 1994.

SRI S. BASU THAKUR - DIRECTOR:

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He started his career with M/s. Love Lock & Lewes, Chartered Accountants and worked in a Nationalized Bank for more than 2 years. He had also experience of working as Manager-Finance in Nigeria National Supply Company Limited, Nigeria which is one of the largest Organizations in Nigeria Government Sector. He has been with Standard Medical & Pharmaceuticals Limited since its inception i.e.; 1984. He was inducted into Standard Medical & Pharmaceuticals Limited Board in August, 1990. He was inducted into the Board of Medinova Diagnostic Services Limited in the year 1993.

SRI D. A. SRINIVAS - DIRECTOR:

He holds a Bachelor Degree in Administration from the University of LAVARNE, CALIFORNIA, USA and hold Directorships in many other Companies. He was inducted into the Board of Medinova Diagnostic Services Limited in the year 1999.

SMT. A. SAILAJA - DIRECTOR:

She is experienced with Finance background having varied business interests. She was inducted into the Board in the year, 2005.
